AMREP Reports Fiscal 2025 Results

HAVERTOWN, Pa., July 25, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AMREP Corporation (NYSE:AXR) today reported net income of $12,716,000, or $2.37 per diluted share, for its 2025 fiscal year ended April 30, 2025 compared to net income of $6,690,000, or $1.25 per diluted share, for the same period of the prior year. Revenues were $49,694,000 for fiscal 2025 and $51,369,000 for fiscal 2024.
